It seems he wants us to walk this way. He promises “Whether you turn to the right or the left, this is the way, walk in it.” Isaiah 30:21
He never promises we will be given the whole plan, in fact He says “I know the plans I have for you…” Jeremiah 29:11 I looked in the second part of that chapter, unfortunately I never found anything like ‘when I tell you about those plans,’ or ‘I will take counsel on your thoughts.’ Actually, I am thankful about that second part. Some of my ideas retrospectively stink.
Even when we make decisions, we are supposed to clarify, “If the Lord wills..” James 4:13-17
Just enough light for your feet–not the whole trail. I think he does that so you keep your eyes on that light. Why do you think he does it?
